The Fabex Food Fair took place in Tokyo from 17-19 April 2018. Many guests visited the Trusted Veal stand during this fair. Guests were informed about the specific characteristics of the veal industry, such as animal welfare, animal health, food safety, labelling and tracking and tracing. The film was also screened at the stand. Throughout, guests were able to enjoy a bite of veal. During the tasting, chef Edgar Buhrs had the opportunity to inform guests about the specific characteristics of the programme and, of course, to inform them about the veal.
