
27 Jun Veal Cheeseburgers with Ranch Sauce

Ingredients:
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the ranch sauce ingredients. Set aside.
In a frying pan over medium heat, sauté the onions and mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the thyme. Stir and set aside.
In a frying pan (or BBQ) over medium heat, cook the meatballs for about 4 minutes on each side. Place a slice of cheddar on each meatball.
Spread the ranch sauce over the buns, add the veal meatballs and top with the onions and mushrooms.
