31 Oct European veal present at Summer Fancy Food Show

With its participation to The Summer Fancy Food Show, June 23 to 25, Trusted Veal made a first entrance on the largest specialty food industry trade event in North America.

The over 2,500 exhibitors from all around the world of which over 1300 USA-based companies and the rest representing 73 countries, the SFFS was an excellent opportunity for European veal to showcase its qualities. This was done by serving more than 1000 tasting bites by 2 European chefs and presenting over 200 booklets and flyers.

Overall the campaign messages on European quality, food safety, traceability and animal welfare, where well received.
