Trusted Veal from Europe to Showcase Premium Veal at National Restaurant Show

Dutch chefs to offer samples of the U.S.’s fastest – growing veal recipes during the show

Trusted Veal from Europe, the premier supplier of the world’s finest veal, is pleased to announce its participation in the upcoming National Restaurant Association Restaurant Show taking place on May 20 – 23 at McCormick Place. Trusted Veal from Europe will be exhibiting at booth #9447, and offering a curated product tasting created by Chefs Edgar Buhrs and Franklin Mijnhijmer, both celebrated culinary experts and ambassadors for Trusted Veal from Europe.

During the show, the chefs will showcase the many benefits of using premium veal in culinary creations, and will offer freshly made samples of delicacies such as Veal Loin, Osso Buco and Vitello Tonnato.

“Today’s consumers are seeking extraordinary eating experiences when they dine out or cook at home,” said Buhrs. “In fact, according to recent data, we know that dishes such as the iconic Tonnato dressing (made with tuna and anchovies), has reportedly shown + 237% growth on new items on U.S. – based menus. This demonstrates that Vitello Tonnato, a classic veal dish topped with Tonnato dressing, would be an incredible addition to restaurant menus.”
