28 May Trusted veal at the Annual Meat Conference in Nashville

The sixth Trusted Veal event took place last week at the impressive Opryland Convention Center in Nashville (Tennessee).

The Annual Meat Conference (AMC) is an annual conference that focuses on developments in the American meat market. From networking opportunities, innovations & trends, dozens of inspiring presentations & workshops and a trade fair.

During the trade fair part of the conference, our chef served a small dish of Veal chuck “Rendang Style” and a Veal loin “Italian Style”. The interested and enthusiastic American owners and meat buyers of supermarket chains, wholesalers, catering companies and culinary professionals received an explanation about the Trusted veal campaign, the characteristics of veal, the endless preparation options and availability.
