CIA Pop Up Show

Pop-up menu with Trusted Veal at The Culinary Institute of America

A pop-up menu featuring Trusted Veal took place at the The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York. This was the fourth Trusted Veal event of the year, part of the 3-year EU Campaign Trusted Veal in North America. Held at The Egg, an extraordinary dining venue available to CIA students, our Dutch Chef Ben van Beurten, along with CIA chefs and students, prepared an extensive lunch and dinner with veal loin and veal blade. The hundreds of interested and enthusiastic American culinary students learned about the Trusted veal campaign and the endless preparation possibilities and characteristics of veal. The students were pleasantly surprised about the tenderness and versatility of veal.

Since its foundation in 1946, The Culinary Institute of America has set the standard for professional culinary education. With campuses in New York, California, Texas, and Singapore, CIA offers Master’s & Bachelor’s degrees and courses for culinary professionals. CIA Hyde Park is located on the Hudson River, best known as the birthplace of American President Franklin D. Roosevelt.
