On November 20, 2020, a live stream veal workshop was held as part of European Trusted Veal campaign. The workshop was announced on various social media and invitations were sent to chefs associations, butcher training schools, companies, the food service industry, and more. During the workshop, participants were educated on various aspects of the Trusted Veal campaign and observed how to work with veal cuts, and how veal dishes are prepared.
