Cet atelier fut annonc\u00e9 dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux et des invitations furent envoy\u00e9es aux chefs des associations, aux \u00e9coles de formation de boucherie, aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et services alimentaires de l\u2019industrie et plus encore. Ainsi, les participants furent renseign\u00e9s sur les aspects vari\u00e9s de la campagne <em>Veau de tradition europ\u00e9enne<\/em>; ils ont aussi pu observer les fa\u00e7ons de travailler avec les diff\u00e9rentes coupes de veau et pr\u00e9parer les plats. Durant cette pr\u00e9sentation en direct, les participants pouvaient poser leurs questions en utilisant la fonction <em>clavardage<\/em>.
