Faire chauffer une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive sur feu moyen. Faire dorer les lani\u00e8res de veau pendant environ 3 minutes. Ajouter les lani\u00e8res de veau \u00e0 la salade et arroser le tout du reste d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Garnir de parmesan et de poivre.
