R\u00e9server le jus de cuisson.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Envelopper le veau de papier parchemin et le faire refroidir pendant environ 2 heures.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer la sauce au thon. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un robot culinaire, broyer les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs avec le vinaigre et une pinc\u00e9e de sel jusqu\u2019\u00e0 homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9. Ajouter les anchois et les c\u00e2pres, et broyer de nouveau. Ajouter un filet d\u2019huile en broyant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une mayonnaise.
